COOKIE POLICY STATEMENT

CHAPTER 1 GENERAL

PROVISIONS 1.

1. The policy statement regarding the processing of cookies was developed on the basis of and in pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 05/07/2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

2. Cookies are text files saved in the browser of the computer (mobile device) of the user of an Internet site (hereinafter referred to as the site) when visiting it to reflect the actions taken. These files allow you to avoid re-entering and selecting the same options when you visit the site again, for example, choosing a language version.

3. The purpose of processing cookies is to ensure the convenience of site users and improve the quality of its functioning.

4. Information about the actions of site users is processed to improve products and services, determine user preferences, and provide targeted information on products and services.

5. Cookies are not transferred to third parties and are not used to identify personal data subjects.

CHAPTER 2

TYPES OF COOKIES PROCESSED

6. The following types of cookies are processed on the site:

  • technical (mandatory) – files that store information to ensure the functioning of web resources, information about the user’s choice regarding acceptance/rejection of cookies and do not use any information about the user that can be used for marketing purposes or to record sites visited on the Internet.Disabling this type of cookies may limit user access to the functionality of the web resource;
  • functional – files that store information about the user’s choice (user name, language, region, etc.). Disabling functional cookies does not affect the operation of the web resource;
  • statistical – files designed to evaluate the performance of web resources and store information about user preferences and the most viewed pages of a web resource (("Google Analytics", "Yandex.Metrica"). Disabling statistical cookies does not affect the operation of the web resource.

CHAPTER 3

COOKIE DURATION

7. Technical cookies expire when the purpose for which they are used is reached or when they are manually deleted. Technical cookies have a deletion date and are typically used during the setup or registration process to avoid having to continually enter a password.

8. Functional cookies expire when the user leaves the page or closes the browser, that is, they are active during the entire period of visiting the site and are therefore deleted from the computer upon exit.

9. Statistical cookies are stored for 6 months.

CHAPTER 4

HOW TO OPT OUT COOKIES

10. The user agrees to the use of cookies if he continues to use the site without changing browser settings.

11. The personal data subject can refuse the processing of cookies in the browser settings.In this case, the site will use only those cookies that are strictly necessary for the functioning of the site and the services it offers. However, some browsers allow you to visit websites in incognito mode to limit the amount of information stored on your computer and automatically delete session cookies. In addition, the data subject may delete previously stored cookies by selecting the corresponding option in the browser history.

CHAPTER 5

FINAL PROVISIONS

12. This provision may be amended by presenting it in a new edition. The new version of the cookie policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the document.
